BLC-760/760Y is an automatic folding machine combined with buckles and knives with sheet pile feeding system. Parallel folding can be operated two times with the buckle plates using BLC-760 folding machine. Parallel folding can be operated four times with the buckle plates using BLC-760Y folding machine. Its mode of folding can be operated three times in combination of the buckle plates and the knives. Perforating, creasing and slitting can also be operated during folding process as required. Six feed belts are adopted in the first knife folding which ensure feeding smooth. The third vertical folding can be operated for positive folding or negative folding as required by adjusting sheet tuning device.
Man-machine interface adopted to set data, detection trouble and display help information.
It's transmission helical gears makes the folding rollers and longitudinal shaft driving synchronously, noiselessly, and high overlap ratio, so that it runs steady.
Precision polyurethane folding rollers ensure the suitability for all kinds of papers, and its lifetime is long.
High speed precision sheet separating system ensure the stability of sheet-separating. Wide suction wheel can adjust speed and suction, so that it is suitable for all kinds of papers.
