BLC-670Z is an automatic folio-folding machine combined with buckle and electricity-controlled knife with sheet pile feeding system. Parallel folding can be operated four times with the buckle plates. Its mode of folding includes parallel fold, concertina fold and letter fold. Vertical folding can be operated three times in combination of the buckle plates and the knives. Perforating, creasing and slitting can also be operated during folding process as required. The third vertical folding can be operated for negative folding as required by setting the negative folding function.
Electricity-controlled knife is controlled by independent servomotors. It is low noise, stable performance.
Electricity control system adopts servocontrol system and man- machine interface. It realizes high stable performance, real-time detection of whole machine, prompt adjustment and operation.
Man-machine interface is adopted to set data, detection trouble and display help information.
It’s equipped with a wide suction wheel with three holes and electromagnetic valve, so as to have advantages of sensitivity, high suction and to prevent the paper from damage. It is suitable for all kinds of paper, especially for wide and thick paper.
Precision polyurethane folding rollers ensure the suitability for all kinds of papers, and it’s lifetime is long.
High precision helical gears are employed, with good synchronization and low noise.
